A real human name (e.g., "Alina", "David"). The AI is told this is its name and will always refer to itself by it — never as "an AI" or "a language model".

2–4 sentences: what you do, who you serve, and what makes you different. This is the agent's general understanding of who it works for.

List every service or product with its real price. Be literal and specific — "Haircut: $25, Haircut + Beard Trim: $35" works far better than "affordable haircuts". The more exact this is, the more accurately your agent quotes prices instead of dodging the question.

Paste the real questions customers actually ask you, with their real answers. This is the fastest way to make your agent sound like it truly knows the business.

A short bullet list of why customers pick you over competitors — used when a visitor is comparing options or hesitating.

Upload PDFs, price lists, or images the agent can hand a visitor mid-conversation. Give each file a label and a short note on when it's relevant (e.g., "when asked about pricing") so the AI knows when to offer it.

Set your Business Name, pick your AI Provider and paste its API key, write a Welcome Message (the agent's opening line) and an optional Proactive Popup Message, pick a Widget Color and Position, and check "Deploy Chatbot" to show it site-wide (or leave unchecked and place it manually with the [salesmine_widget] shortcode). Enable extra languages at the bottom — each one gets its own Knowledge Base tab.
